3. Slyrs Pedro Ximénez Finishing: A single malt that, after maturing in oak casks, is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, giving it a distinctive sweetness and depth.

The origins of Slyrs

The story of Slyrs begins in 1999, when Florian Stetter founded the first Upper Bavarian whisky distillery in Schliersee. The name “Slyrs” is derived from a monastic settlement dating back to 779, which was founded in what is now Schliersee. Since then, Slyrs has developed from a small distillery into an internationally recognised company that stands for quality and innovation in whisky production. The Slyrs brand stands for Bavarian craftsmanship, tradition and the highest quality standards.
