Important info for our customers from Switzerland: As soon as you have logged in with your Swiss billing and shipping address, you will see our prices excluding sales tax. The Swiss customs will then charge you the applicable Swiss alcohol and sales tax, as well as an import customs clearance fee directly or via the Swiss postal service, which will deliver the goods to you.

As a Swiss private customer, you can order a maximum of 12 items/bottles per order from us.

The 240 € flat rate covers customs clearance for up to 20 different items. For each additional item, additional customs costs of 7 € will be incurred. This includes the Austrian export customs declaration as well as the Swiss import customs declaration.

Please note: Prices displayed for our Swiss customers are untaxed - i.e. exclude alcohol tax and VAT. After delivery of the goods, you will be charged by the Swiss authorities for the following items:

Alcohol tax: 29 CHF/liter 100 % alcohol (as of 03/2017) = 8.12 CHF/0.7 l bottle 40 %.

Customs duty 70 CHF/100 kg = approx. 0.70 CHF/0.7 l bottle 7.6 % Swiss sales tax

On one pallet we can pick 400-700 bottles for you (it depends on the bottle size).

Delivery rest of Europe

For orders from the rest of the European countries, we will be happy to contact you to inform you of the specific shipping costs or to clarify with you the handling for the collection of the goods.

Partner warehouses:

We also cooperate with many famous warehouses like Top Logistics, Loendersloot etc. If you are also registered there and do not want to arrange the collection from us by yourself, we will be glad to offer you the transportation of your ordered goods to one of these warehouses.

Terms of delivery and payment: ex warehouse, prepayment

Please note: all prices shown are untaxed excl. alcohol tax and excl. value added tax. Shipment will be made only within EMCS (with electronic excise document).

For a shipment with excise document one of the following conditions is required:

- The recipient manages his own customs warehouse
- The consignee cooperates with a customs warehouse
- The consignee cooperates with a logistics partner who manages a customs warehouse
- The consignee is a registered consignee for alcohol (either long or short term)

Overseas transport

We fill the containers with the goods and seal them, then they are transported to the respective port of shipment.

Our sales team is at your disposal for all inquiries concerning the organization of ship transportation; just let us know your desired container quantity and the port of destination.
