Sustainable packaging material
The reuse of shredded cardboard as filling material in our shipments aims at several sustainable aspects. First and foremost, to reduce waste, as existing cardboard boxes are reused and do not have to be manufactured anew as filling material. New packaging materials, such as plastics, cause high CO2 emissions and consume resources. We ensure a functioning circular economy in which environmentally friendly materials are kept in circulation for as long as possible in the interests of resource utilization. All our parcels are guaranteed to be shipped to our customers in environmentally friendly packaging and with sustainable filling materials.
In-house solar system
With the installation of our own photovoltaic system, we were a pioneer in our industry in the field of renewable energy. We use the large roof areas of our company buildings to generate clean energy. State-of-the-art technologies enable efficient use of solar power. We thereby reduce energy costs, create stability through security of supply with regard to gradual independence from traditional energy suppliers. By purchasing and installing our photovoltaic system, we also supported the local economy. We think long-term in all our sustainability efforts and invest in the continuous improvement and expansion of our own solar system out of conviction.
E-mobility
As a proponent of innovative technology and environmentally friendly practices, building our own e-car fleet of more than ten vehicles was a logical step for us. Lower operating costs, lower maintenance costs, coupled with longer vehicle life, make environmental and economic sense. Our own charging infrastructure also offers inexpensive electric charging stations to people outside the company. E-mobility initiatives for positive change for the community and environment are additionally reinforced by company-owned e-bikes.

Our history
In 1977, Rudolf Reisenhofer founded a beverage trade in Weiz (Styria) for the regional beverage supply of his home region. The company grew steadily and now covers wholesale as well as retail. The founder's sons, Mario and Wolfgang, took over the management together with their father and developed a business model for the online market at home and abroad with the brands EXPERT24.com and BIGSPIRITS.com. Customers from the private sector and commercial business partners have appreciated the professional online store with the largest selection of beverages in the industry for years.
In April 2023, the change of name from Reisenhofer Getränke GmbH to delicando GmbH took place. A new roof for all brands. One for all, all for one.
