In the heart of the Styrian volcanic region, Weingut Eiteljörg cultivates its vineyards with great respect for nature, origin and craftsmanship. The family business consistently relies on organic farming, hand-picking and spontaneous fermentation - for authentic wines with corners, edges and soul.
The vineyards around Klöch and Bad Radkersburg benefit from volcanic subsoil, a mild climate and cool nights. This terroir gives Eiteljörg's wines a distinctive minerality, finesse and longevity - typical of south-eastern Styria.
Reduction in the cellar, expression in the glass: at Eiteljörg, we process gently, ferment spontaneously and intervene as little as possible. The wines are given time to develop - often in large wooden barrels or stainless steel, depending on the type and vintage.
