Ron Zacapa Centenario XO is a strictly limited edition. The specially selected barrels are stored for up to 25 long years in Quetzaltenango, which lies at 2300m above sea level.
The constant cool climate and the control of the noise level, humidity, light and temperature allow this special rum to mature gently. The various casks in which whisky, sherry and wines were previously stored give this rum its very special note. Lorena Vasquez, the master blenders of Ron Zacapa and Ron Botran, specially selects the casks to give the rum its fine tastes and scents.
