The quality of the spirits is guaranteed through the use of a 300-liter bootleg kettle and a 200-liter fine distillation kettle made of pure copper. The company's own fruit is transported directly from the orchards to the fermentation cellars, where it is gently fermented at a controlled temperature. After the double distillation process, which reflects the essence of the old Styrian art of distilling, only the high-proof heart of the brandy is extracted.
