This rum is produced at the Distillerie du Simon. This cuvée combines some of the distillery's oldest distillates. Some are around 50 years old. The youngest rum used for this blend is only 1 year old. It is made from sugar cane juice.

Tasting notes:
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Rich, elegant, spicy, notes of nutmeg, hints of pepper, mocha, cocoa.
Taste: Round, fruity, complex, leather, wood, tobacco.
Finish: Long lasting.
Eher etwas schärfer, hellere Farbe, leichter Unterton nach Vanille Tabak und Eich ist auch erkennbar.
Muss sagen, nicht billig, aber jeden Cent wert.
