The Irish Mist Honey Liqueur combines the long tradition of Irish whiskey production with the sweetness of the finest honey and an exquisite blend of herbs. Desmond Williams has been producing traditional Irish whiskey at his Tullamore Distillery since 1829. Inspired by an old heather wine recipe, he began producing Irish Mist in 1947 - the first liqueur produced in Ireland and therefore the forerunner of all Irish whiskey liqueurs. Its recipe is based on high-quality ingredients, including Irish barley, exquisite herbs and heather and clover honey.
