La Scolca Gavi Bianco Secco DOCG 2023, also known as Etichetta Bianca, is a classic, dry white wine from Piedmont that deliberately focuses on one grape variety: 100% Cortese. This single-varietal wine comes from the traditional La Scolca winery, which has been family-run since 1919 and is based in the renowned municipality of Gavi.
