Eichenwald Das Vorspiel Sauvignon Blanc ist ein lebendiger und aromatischer Weißwein, der die typischen Merkmale der Sauvignon Blanc-Rebsorte perfekt widerspiegelt. Dieser Wein wird im Stahltank ausgebaut, um die natürliche Frische und Fruchtigkeit der Trauben zu bewahren. Mit einer perfekt ausbalancierten Säure zeigt sich der Sauvignon Blanc als erfrischender und zugänglicher Wein, der besonders im Sommer seine ganze Eleganz entfaltet.
Tasting notes:
Helles, leuchtendes Gelb mit grünen Reflexen im Glas. In der Nase entfaltet der Wein grünfruchtige Aromen, die an schwarze Johannisbeeren, Rhabarber und eine subtile Kräuternote erinnern. Am Gaumen nach reifen Pfirsichen, begleitet von einer feinen Würze und Säure. Mittellang und fruchtig im Abgang.

Serviertemperatur: 8-10 °C
Dieser Sauvignon Blanc passt perfekt zu frischen Salaten, Vorspeisen wie Ziegenkäse oder Gegrilltem Gemüse. Auch zu Meeresfrüchten, Sushi oder Asiatischer Küche ist er ein idealer Begleiter, da seine frische Säure und die fruchtigen Aromen die Gewürze und Aromen der Speisen wunderbar ergänzen. Der Wein eignet sich auch hervorragend als erfrischender Aperitif.
