In den folgenden Jahrzehnten prägte sein Sohn Giovanni die Entwicklung des Betriebs maßgeblich. Als Pionier unter den lokalen Weinproduzenten trug er dazu bei, die „Mostra del Vino“ in Cornuda zu etablieren und die Weinberge des Guts durch neue Rebpflanzungen an den Südhängen der Colli Asolani zu erweitern. Diese Lage ist ideal für den Anbau der Glera-Rebsorte, die die Basis für den hochwertigen Prosecco des Hauses bildet.
