The company H by Hine was founded by Eric Forget, the cellar master of Hine, and is located in the heart of Grande Champagne, a renowned wine-growing region in Cognac. For six generations, Hine has been producing Cognac in small quantities, but to the highest quality standards. The outstanding quality of Hine Cognac is appreciated worldwide, as evidenced by the fact that Hine was chosen as the sole supplier of Cognac to Queen Elizabeth II of England.
The cognac matures for around four years in oak barrels and is made from Grande and Petite Champagne grapes. The limited-edition gift box in which this fine drop is presented was designed by artist Anne Carney Raines. The painter from Nashville, who currently lives in London, received her Master's degree in painting from the Royal College of Art in 2021 and has already won the prestigious Elizabeth Greenshield Foundation Award twice.
