Der Grappa 8 Anni ist ein außergewöhnlicher Grappa, der aus der Destillation von Trester hergestellt wird, der von Trauben stammt, die für die Produktion von Barolo-Wein verwendet werden. Nach einer ersten Lagerung in Stahltanks reift der Grappa über einen Zeitraum von acht Jahren in Eichenfässern und Barriques. Diese lange Reifung verleiht ihm eine besondere Weichheit und Komplexität, wodurch sich einzigartige und elegante Aromen entfalten.
Die Verbindung aus der Qualität der Barolo-Trauben und der sorgfältigen Reifung sorgt für einen unverwechselbaren Charakter.
