Das Produktionsgebiet der CARM-Olivenöle befindet sich im Herzen des oberen Douro, einer der Regionen in Portugal, die aufgrund der Beschaffenheit der Schieferböden und der speziellen klimatischen Bedingungen, besonders geeignet für den hochwertigen Olivenanbau ist. Diese Region zeichnet sich durch die extremen Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Sommer und Winter sowie die geringe Exposition der Olivenhaine aus, was ein trockenes Klima begünstigt.
Die Olivenhaine liegen auf einer Höhe von 150 bis 450 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel, was zusätzlich zur Qualität des Anbaus beiträgt. Für das CARM Classic Olivenöl werden nur die besten Olivensorten Cobrançosa, Madural und Negrinha Verdial sorgfältig ausgewählt.

Das Aroma ist äußerst rein und frisch, geprägt von intensiven Olivennoten, die durch feine Anklänge von Apfel und Artischocke ergänzt werden. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich das Öl elegant, mit einem langanhaltenden Abgang, der von Nuancen getrockneter Früchte begleitet wird.
