Seit 1635, als Andrea Bottega begann, Weinreben in den Hügeln bei Refrontolo zu kultivieren, entwickelte sich die Familie Bottega stetig weiter. Nachdem sie eigenes Land bewirtschafteten, revolutionierte Aldo Bottega die Grappa-Produktion, indem er den ersten sortenreinen Grappa einführte. Die Distilleria Bottega, die er 1977 gründete, befindet sich heute in einem renovierten Bauernhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, das in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano liegt und von 10 Hektar Weinbergen umgeben ist.

Das Bottega Amaro Elixier mit Alpenkräutern verkörpert eine reiche Tradition und vereint die Kreativität und Leidenschaft eines Unternehmens, das sich seit Generationen der Kunst des Likörs verschrieben hat. Hergestellt mit Extrakten und Destillaten, die die Geschichte der Region und ihrer Früchte erzählen, besteht dieses Elixier aus einer sorgfältig zusammengestellten Mischung von etwa 30 Botanicals. Darunter finden sich Alpenkräuter, Blumen, Gewürze und Beeren wie Enzian, Absinth, Melisse, Wacholder, Sternanis, Latschenkiefer, Brennnessel, Holunderblüte, Thymian, Minze, Brombeere, Himbeere und Johannisbeere.

Diese einzigartige Kombination verleiht dem Amaro Elixier seinen unverwechselbaren, charaktervollen Geschmack.

Tasting notes:

Farbe: Bernstein.
Nase: Noten von alpinen Kräutern, Blaubeeren, Johannisbeeren.
Geschmack: Frisch, wilde Kräuter, Noten von Minze, Kamille.
Abgang: Lang anhaltend.

Ideal als After-Dinner-Drink mit oder ohne Eis und einer Orangenzeste.
