Ouzo Nektar Pilavas wird nach einer geheimen Familienrezeptur aus den 1940er Jahren von Nikos Pilavos hergestellt und zeichnet sich durch die Verwendung ausschließlich bester Zutaten aus. Nach einer sorgsamen doppelten Destillation wird der Premium-Ouzo für zwei bis drei Monate zur Ruhe gelegt. Diese Reifephase verleiht ihm zudem seinen runden und herrlich aromatischen Geschmack, der von einer feinen Mischung aus Anis, Koriander, Kardamom und Fenchel geprägt ist.
