The Mastery Edition brings together the heritage and innovation of The Macallan, inspired by over 200 years of tradition of the distillery's whisky masters. This exceptional cuvée contains 14 different cask types, including European and American oak sherry casks and bourbon casks.
The whisky is presented in a round carafe, which symbolizes the cycle of life and the constant transition from the past to the future. The packaging of the Mastery Edition is also specially designed: While the exterior appears simple and elegant, the interior surprises with a vibrant red - the iconic signature color of The Macallan.
