Die Distilleria Bottega, die er 1977 gründete, befindet sich heute in einem renovierten Bauernhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, das in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano liegt und von 10 Hektar Weinbergen umgeben ist.
Crema Bottega vereint italienische Süßwarentradition mit jahrzehntelanger Likör-Erfahrung. Der Crema di Meloncino ist ein cremiger Likör, der das süße Aroma reifer, in Italien geernteter Melonen in sich trägt. Die Melonen werden in Alkohol mazeriert, um eine natürliche, aromatische Basis zu schaffen, die mit sahniger Alpenmilch verfeinert wird. Der Zusatz von Grappa verleiht diesem Likör seine unverwechselbare Note, die ihn zu einem idealen Genuss nach dem Essen macht – pur oder mit Eiscreme.
