Dieser Rum zeigt bei 58,2% Vol. sein volles Potenzial und bringt die Aromen stark zur Geltung.
Die Flasche enthält einen 2007er Vintage, der eine Reifezeit von 16 Jahren hinter sich hat. Das hohe Alter spiegelt sich in der Komplexität und Vielfalt der Aromen wider. Die Farbe des Rums ist natürlich entstanden und verdankt sich ausschließlich der Fassreifung, ohne dass nachgeholfen wurde.
Von dieser Abfüllung gibt es 1.136 Flaschen. Trotz dieser Menge ist der Vorrat begrenzt, was die Verfügbarkeit unsicher macht. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 58,2% Vol. kann der Rum auch mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser genossen werden, was zusätzliche Aromen freisetzt. Die Kombination aus langer Reifung und hohem Alkoholgehalt macht diesen Rum zu einer besonderen Ergänzung für jede Sammlung.
