The St. Kilian Kiliani Edition IMMINA single malt whisky is a special bottling limited to just 975 bottles that impressively demonstrates the skill and creativity of the renowned St. Kilian Distillery. The distillery based in Rüdenau produces premium whiskies of the highest quality for an international audience and relies on an impressive selection of over 170 different cask types, which allow for an extraordinary variety of flavors.
The Kiliani Edition is an exclusive series that is released every year on the name day of St. Kilian on July 8. The 2024 edition honors the blessed Immina, abbess in Würzburg and Karlburg, and is a tribute to the Franconian home of the distillery. The whisky matured for over five years in former bourbon barrels, which were previously filled with the traditional "Brauerreserve 1237" from the Faust family brewery in Miltenberg. This special combination of beer and bourbon barrel maturation gives the whisky a multi-layered, deep aroma with fruity, malty and woody notes.
