The resulting rum is an agricole, made from an exclusive Brazilian sugar cane variety. This variety is known for its special quality and contributes significantly to the unique aromas and exceptional quality of our product.
The distillation has been carried out with precision to preserve the natural flavors of the sugar cane, while a controlled alcohol content ensures that the final product is intense but not overly strong. This results in a rum that is characterized by its density and richness and at the same time has a pleasant heaviness.
In addition, the maturation process is carried out in Scotland, where the local climate and the use of selected maturing woods further refine the rum. This contributes to a fascinating overall character that further enhances the rum's deep complexity and rich flavor.
