It is closely linked to the indigenous Turbiana grape variety, of which it is 100% made. The Turbiana grapes, which thrive on calcareous and clayey soils, undergo careful vinification in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged and matured for at least six months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, followed by two months of bottle ageing to perfect its characteristic quality.
