The grapes were harvested on 06.10.2023 by selective hand-picking, ensuring that only the best, fully ripe grapes are used.
After the harvest, the wine is gently fermented and matured in steel tanks, a method that preserves the fruity primary aromas and fresh acidity structure. The mineral-rich stone and clay soil on which the vines grow gives the wine a subtle, fine spiciness and expressive depth. In order to preserve the freshness and aroma of this wine in the best possible way, it is bottled with a screw cap after maturation.
