El Tequileño Blanco Tequila is a high-quality, authentic tequila from Mexico that is characterized by its handcrafted production and unadulterated quality. It is produced in an independent traditional distillery that has focused on quality rather than quantity since it was founded.
This blanco tequila is made from a special combination of 70% blue Weber agave from the Los Altos region and 30% piloncillo (a traditional, unrefined cane sugar from Mexico). This blend gives the tequila a fine balance between the natural sweetness of the agave and a light, caramelly note.
Fermentation takes place in open concrete tanks, which are influenced by wild yeasts, giving the tequila a multi-layered depth and a particularly smooth texture.
