Los Siete Misterios, or "The Seven Mysteries", is a tribute to the fascinating myths and stories of Mexico. The name also refers to the brand's seven unique bottlings, each of which is made from a different variety of agave. The aim of Los Siete Misterios is to preserve and represent the traditional production methods, cultural customs and rich history of Mexico.
The Doba Yej variant, which means "Espadín" in the old Zapotec language, is made from high-quality Espadín agave. This mezcal is distilled in a copper pot still in the traditional way to bring out its authentic taste and typical aromas to the full.
This mezcal, which was bottled in 2022, is limited to 7,700 bottles.
