Bottled at 45% vol. in a generous 1-liter bottle, this fine drop combines powerful woody notes with the typical elegance of a matured agricole rum.
The Black Edition Alligator owes its name to the special barrel roasting process: The inner surfaces of the oak barrels are heavily burnt out - this process, known as "alligator charring", creates a deeply textured charcoal layer reminiscent of alligator skin.
