The Glenrothes 12 Years Old is an outstanding representative of the Soleo Collection, which is characterized by its natural colouring and maturation in former sherry casks. The term "Soleo" refers to a traditional wine-making process in which the grapes are dried in the sun on mats until they turn into raisins before further processing.
