The name "Certeza" means "security" and represents the culmination of the perseverance and tireless efforts of the ambitious Beckmann family, one of the oldest tequila producers in Jalisco, Mexico. With more than 200 years of know-how, developed and produced with the passion and experience of over seven generations, every bottle of this tequila is truly handcrafted.
"La Certeza" tequilas are made from 100% own cultivation, which limits production. After the harvest, the tequila is distilled twice in traditional cognac stills, matured and finally bottled in Mexico. The maturation takes place in coveted Kentucky Bourbon white oak barrels as well as in French Limousin oak barrels, which gives "La Certeza" its unique aroma.
