The Glenrothes 10 Years Old is a notable part of the Soleo Collection, which is characterized by its natural colouring and maturation in ex-sherry casks. The name "Soleo" refers to a traditional winemaking process in which the grapes are dried in the sun on mats until they turn into raisins before further processing.
