Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto is an exceptional Italian liqueur based on the tradition of Rosolio, a flowery aperitivo liqueur from the Renaissance period. This fine liqueur was developed by Giuseppe Gallo, one of the most respected experts in Italian spirits. After a long search for the perfect recipe, he found the ideal blend of bergamot, citrus fruits and exquisite herbs in collaboration with a small family distillery in Italy.
The special thing about Italicus is the production process. In a gentle process called "sfumatura", the essential oils of bergamot and cedarwood are gently extracted and mixed with fine grain alcohol from Italy.
