Außerdem verwende ich ihn gerne zur Verfeinerung von Saucen und einigen Suppen. Er ist für unseren Geschmack um Klassen besser als der im Preis ähnliche Calvados des ***, der immer oft leider als einziger Calvados auch in den Regalen sonst gut sortierter Supermärkte steht. Natürlich würde ich den Père Magliore empfehlen.
