To produce Plantation Pineapple Artisanal Infusion Stiggin's Fancys, the peel of the pineapple (Queen Victoria variety) is first macerated in PLANTATION 3 Stars White for one week.
Then the macerate is distilled in the in-house pot stills. The flesh of the pineapple is stored for 3 months in PLANTATION Original Dark Rum. Now a cuvée of these two rums is placed in wooden barrels for 3 months.

Schmeckt und riecht wirklich nach Ananas, bestimmt auch für nicht so geübte Nasen bzw. Gaumen.
Ein weiterer Favourit ist die Plantation XO - ist süßer und weniger Ananas haltig.
Wer das fruchtige lieber mag als das Süße ist hier aber richtig :)
