A.H. Riise X.O. Royal Reserve Kong Haakon Rum Limited Edition honors the friendship between King Haakon VII of Norway and Valdemar Riise, the son and successor of Albert Riise. This blend not only celebrates a remarkable interpersonal connection, but also fulfills the long-cherished wishes of rum lovers worldwide by enhancing old traditions with a significant use of pot-still rum. A special finish in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks gives this rum its unique character. It is named after Prince Carl of Denmark, who later became known as King Haakon VII.
