San Cosme Mezcal Joven is an exceptional 100% agave mezcal that embodies the heart of the traditional Mexican art of distillation. Produced in Oaxaca, the world's most famous region for mezcal, it stands for authenticity, craftsmanship and intense flavor. As a mezcal joven (young mezcal), it is not matured in barrels after distillation, so that its original aromas and characteristic smokiness come through particularly clearly.
The basis of this mezcal is the Espadín agave, one of the most popular agave varieties for mezcal production.
