Tasting notes:
Colour: gold.
Nose: Spicy, slightly fruity, accents of campfire and earth.
Taste: Intense, smoky, hints of tar, notes of peat and liquorice.
Finish: Medium length, notes of coffee and oak.
Due to the intensity it is recommended to add a small amount of water. The Peats Beast is not for the faint of heart.

Obwohl der Name und die Beschreibung mehr Rauchigkeit versprechen, als er im Endeffekt hat ist es ein guter Whisky, der mit einem sehr langen, leicht rauchigem Abgang interessant zu trinken ist.
Falls man aber auf der Suche nach einem rauchigen Whisky ist sollte man diesen nicht wählen.
